Ilan Levy-Mayer, Algo Specialist is a long-time Associated Person at Cannon Trading (since 1998) and Principal since 2008. An MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he helped launch E-Futures.com and has led marketing, risk, and platform evaluation while being featured in SFO Magazine, Futures Magazine, and Bloomberg News, including a 2004 CBOT webinar. He also serves as Principal and AP of LEVEX Capital Management Inc., a registered CTA since 2007.

Mark is a third-generation native Californian, growing up in the Los Angeles area, attending the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduating with a degree in history. He started with Cannon Trading in late 1992 and after leaving and working at two other firms for about six years, he returned to Cannon in 2000 where he has been ever since. Now with a >30-year connection with trading, he continues to advance his knowledge and understanding of the futures markets and trading strategy. He carries with him a spotless NFA regulatory track record.
John Thorpe
Options Specialist
Senior Commodity Broker, Cannon Trading since February 2002, specializing in spread trading, hedging, risk management, and complex option strategies while educating a diverse client base. Former VP of Compliance and Operations at the second-largest Prudential Securities branch and Operations Manager at PaineWebber (now UBS) across five Los Angeles offices. Earlier roles include Risk Manager at Kemper Clearing with liaison work on CMEs SPAN margining post-October 1987, and multiple CBOT floor positions, including Floor Manager for A.G. Becker Kipnis & Co.
